This custom Friars surfboard was commissioned by surf-loving MP parents and created by Bryan Fischer Surfboards exclusively for Malvern Prep's BASH 50. Fischer shapes boards to ride East Coast waves. (West Coast boards are short with thin rails that cut their more defined waves.) East coast waves are softer and easier to catch with a longer board and thicker rails.

This is a forever surfboard. The 7'3" board rides and paddles like a longboard without being too long or difficult to manage. This is a good board to learn on but will never be outgrown. The unique size allows it to be ridden by a younger teen or an adult.

Fischer shapes fewer than 100 boards annually. You will be the envy of the beach with this work of art that will never be duplicated.
